In order for Pebbles to receive your job application, you may be asked to provide some personal information, including (but not limited to) your ID number, contact details, professional qualifications, income details and criminal record.  We may also gather information through interviews, assessments and information in the public domain.  We will only ask for information that is relevant to you and the position that you are applying for.  We will not share your personal information with anyone outside of the organisation, with the exception of completing the criminal record check and reference checks.  We commit to protecting your information and have all generally accepted information security measures in place that are required to protect it.  This notice will remain in force should you be the successful candidate and become an employee or temporary contractor of The Pebbles Project.   In the case where you are unsuccessful, we will only keep your information for as long as required by law.  By submitting your application, you are accepting our terms and conditions and consent to the processing of your information as per our https://www.pebblesproject.org/terms-and-conditions/
